Before installation, confirm whether the motor and gearbox are in good condition, and strictly check whether the dimensions of the parts connected between the motor and the gearbox match. second step
Unscrew the screw on the dust hole on the outer side of the gearbox flange, adjust the PCS system clamping ring so that the side hole is aligned with the dust hole, and insert the hexagonal socket to tighten. After that, remove the motor shaft key.
third step
Connect the motor to the gearbox naturally. When connecting, make sure that the concentricity of the output shaft of the gearbox and the input shaft of the motor is the same, and the outer flanges of the two are parallel. Due to inconsistent concentricity, the motor shaft will break or the reduction gear will wear out.
In addition, during installation, it is forbidden to hit with a hammer to prevent excessive axial force or radial force from damaging the bearing or gear. Be sure to tighten the mounting bolts before tightening the pressure bolts. Before installation, wipe the anti-rust oil on the motor input shaft, positioning boss and gearbox connection with gasoline or zinc-sodium water. Its purpose is to ensure the tightness of the connection and the flexibility of operation, preventing unnecessary wear.
Before connecting the motor to the gearbox, the keyway of the motor shaft should be perpendicular to the fastening bolt. To ensure even force, first tighten the mounting bolts in any diagonal position, but not tight, then tighten the mounting bolts in the other two diagonal positions, and finally tighten the four mounting bolts one by one. Finally, tighten the bolts. All fastening bolts should be fastened and checked with a torque wrench according to the marked fastening torque data.
The correct installation between the gearbox and the mechanical equipment is similar to the correct installation between the gearbox and the drive motor. The key is to ensure that the concentricity of the output shaft of the gearbox is consistent with the concentricity of the driven part of the shaft.
